1. Teaching & Academic Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical sessions for MBA courses in IT, Business Analytics, and related management areas.
- Teach subjects related to Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, and related areas as assigned.
- Prepare structured lesson plans aligned with course outcomes and program outcomes.
- Develop and update PPTs, case studies, assignments, practical exercises, and other teaching-learning materials.
- Integrate experiential learning, industry cases, data-driven exercises, simulations, and technology-enabled teaching methods.
- Conduct practical sessions using relevant analytics and business technology tools.
- Design and evaluate application-oriented assignments, projects, presentations, and assessments.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and maintain required academic records and documentation.
- Contribute to curriculum review and development of industry-relevant courses, electives, value-added courses, and certifications.

2. Analytics Lab & Industry Integration

- Coordinate and support Business Analytics/IT laboratory activities.
- Facilitate student projects involving real-world business datasets and analytics applications.
- Introduce students to relevant tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python/R, or other appropriate analytics platforms.
- Develop industry-oriented analytics exercises, dashboards, case studies, and business problem-solving activities.
- Support industry collaborations, live projects, internships, and analytics-based experiential learning.
- Organize workshops, boot camps, certifications, and expert sessions in emerging areas of analytics and technology.

3. Student Mentoring & Development





- Mentor students for academic performance, professional development, career readiness, and project work.
- Support student participation in analytics competitions, hackathons, case competitions, conferences, and professional events.
- Conduct academic enrichment activities including case study development, group discussions, workshops, and skill-development sessions.
- Support placement-oriented training and industry-readiness initiatives.

4. Academic Events & Institutional Engagement

- Support and coordinate seminars, conferences, workshops, management events, MDPs, and academic programs.
- Participate in institutional committees and academic initiatives as assigned.
- Support industry interaction, guest lectures, corporate engagements, and academic partnerships.
- Contribute to institutional outreach, MOUs, and collaborative initiatives where required.

5. General & Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain academic, attendance, assessment, and student-related records as required.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, academic ethics, and professional standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching, student experience, and institutional performance.
- Perform other academic, research, student-development, or administrative responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Preferred Profile

- Postgraduate qualification in Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Data Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
- Preference for candidates with relevant teaching experience and/or industry exposure in Business Analytics, IT, Data Analytics, BI, AI, or Digital Transformation.
- Solid practical knowledge of analytics and business technology tools.
- Research orientation with publications or demonstrated research potential.
- Strong communication, presentation, mentoring, and technology-enabled teaching skills.
