? Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day shop-floor operations and supervising teams including Carpenters, Helpers, and Foremen.

The role requires close monitoring of production progress, manpower, material availability, quality output, and project timelines to ensure smooth operations and timely project closure.

? Key Responsibilities• Supervise and manage Carpenters, Helpers, and Foremen on the shop floor.

- Allocate manpower according to project requirements and production priorities.
- Monitor daily production and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure availability of required materials, hardware, tools, and consumables.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production teams.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor quality and minimize rework, rejection, and material wastage.
- Monitor manpower productivity, attendance, discipline,



and performance.
- Identify production delays and bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper material utilization and shop-floor housekeeping.
- Maintain daily production and project progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and shop-floor discipline.
- Report production status, manpower requirements, material requirements, and project progress to the Production Manager / Plant Head.

? Candidate Profile• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Production Supervision.

- Experience in Furniture Manufacturing, Interior Manufacturing, Modular Furniture, Retail Interiors, or similar industries.
- Strong experience handling Carpenters, Helpers, and Foremen.
- Good knowledge of wooden furniture and interior manufacturing processes.
- Strong manpower and shop-floor management skills.
- Good understanding of production planning, material management, and quality control.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

⭐ PreferredCandidates with hands-on experience in wooden furniture manufacturing, modular furniture, retail interiors, or turnkey interior production will be preferred.
