Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Junior Merchandiser role based in Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities include assisting in product development, coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery, supporting sales and customer engagement activities, and assisting in inventory and order management.
The Junior
Merchandiser will collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality standards and align products with customer expectations while contributing to marketing efforts and ensuring a seamless supply chain process.
Qualifications
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Experience in customer service and handling client relations.
- Proficiency in sales and retail-related functions.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using industry-related software and tools is a plus.
- Experience in the garment or fashion industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
