About The Opportunity A fast-scaling consumer products company in the soft plush manufacturing and retail sector, we design, source, and deliver high-quality stuffed toys, decorative plush, and licensed character merchandise for global brands and e-commerce platforms. Our merchandising team drives product lifecycle strategy—from concept to shelf—ensuring commercial viability, cost efficiency, and on-trend execution across domestic and international markets. We’re seeking a Merchandiser Manager to architect our product assortment, optimize supplier partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class plush collections. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end merchandising for soft plush categories: forecast demand, plan assortments, and align product development with seasonal trends and brand calendars.
- Manage supplier relationships across manufacturing hubs in India and Southeast Asia—negotiate costs, ensure quality compliance, and drive on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with design, production, and logistics to translate concept sketches into manufacturable, margin-positive products with minimal lead time.
- Develop and monitor key merchandising KPIs—sell-through rates, markdown efficiency,



inventory turns—and adjust buy plans dynamically.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market scans to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in plush and gifting categories.
- Lead cross-functional product meetings with marketing, sales, and finance to ensure merchandising strategy aligns with revenue targets.
