Responsibilities
- Smooth operation of HVAC &
- VAM and Centrifugal Chillers.
- Mechanical Maintenance of HVAC (AHU, PHE, CSU, FFU, AC, ducting, dampers, piping etc) &
- VAM.
- Design Criteria.
- Air flow diagram for duct system
- HVAC Load calculation (Cleanroom), Humidification load calculation,
- Ventilator’s calculation,
- Building envelope leakage calculations
- HVAC equipment sizing calculation, Using HVAC Design software.
- Preliminary indicative duct sizing calculations
- Duct routing layout and its coordination in 3D Model
- Data Sheets
- Project Specifications of equipment and its component
- Service Requestion
- Technical Bid evaluation
- System Description
- Maintaining clean room with desired RH &
- Temperature.
- Monitoring, analyzing & optimization/ upgradation of system.
- Running & maintenance cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering.
- 3-9 Years in O&M; of HVAC, VAM &
- VCC Chillers including clean
