Role Objective The objective of this role is to generate revenue by offering digital advertising and property listing solutions to builders, brokers, and property owners, while driving customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell online advertising and property listing solutions telephonically.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and existing client networks.
- Acquire recent customers and drive revenue growth from existing accounts.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure repeat business and client retention.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable 99acres solutions.
- Resolve client queries proactively and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for end-to-end client servicing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call-volume targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales / B2B Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory (Proficient / Expert).
- Comfortable with target-driven sales environments.
