Simba Fashions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Cutting to oversee cutting operations, ensure accurate fabric cutting as per production requirements, maintain quality standards, and coordinate efficiently with the production and related departments.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Manage overall cutting operations to achieve planned output with optimum efficiency.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of Auto Cutter and related cutting equipment.
- Plan, organize, and monitor cutting plans based on production targets.
- Ensure accurate marker planning to minimize fabric wastage.
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery of cut panels to the sewing line.
- Work closely with IE, Production, and Quality teams for continuous process improvement.
- Develop and lead a motivated cutting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Monitor fabric relaxation, spreading, and cutting parameters to maintain consistency and reduce defects.
- Maintain cutting-related documentation, production records, and daily output reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and workplace policies within the cutting section.

Academic Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: HSC/Graduate in any discipline
