Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business by sourcing Consumer Small Enterprises (CSE) loan customers.
Identify potential customers through field visits, references, and market mapping.
Promote loan products to small business owners, self-employed professionals, and entrepreneurs.
Meet monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers, DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Conduct customer profiling and preliminary credit assessments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
