As the Receptionist at The Up-to-date Circle, you will be the face of our company, responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a smooth flow of communication within the office and providing essential administrative support to various departments.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members
Manage the reception area, ensuring it reflects the creativity and aesthetic of our brand




Coordinate meeting room schedules and assist with the preparation of meeting spaces
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
Collaborate with the design team to ensure a seamless client experience
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, including relevant marketing materials
Calling clients and maintaing the relationship related to work

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within the interior design or related industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Keen attention to detail and a passion for design aesthetics
Professional appearance and demeanor
High school diploma/ Graduate
