Listen actively to guest concerns and resolve complaints professionally and promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management while maintaining ownership of the guest's concern.

Exceptional communication (Hindi, English and regional languages), active listening, empathy, and a polite, qualified attitude.

Identifying complex issues that require specialist intervention and transferring them to the appropriate department or senior management.

Contacting customers after an interaction to ensure their issue is fully resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.

Contact customers to gather feedback on recent services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
