Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with AVMSmiles’ business and marketing goals.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Manage the content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, content writers, and influencers to create high-quality content.
Monitor social media trends, manage audience engagement, and implement innovative campaign ideas.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive reach, engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Track performance, analyze insights, collaborate with the marketing team, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

Requirements:




Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Business Suite, and analytics/scheduling tools.
Excellent communication, content marketing, branding, and digital marketing skills; Canva knowledge is an added advantage.
Creative, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects effectively in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred skills:
Experience in healthcare, dental, or wellness industry, with knowledge of video content planning, influencer collaborations, SEO, and social media advertising.
