Primary Responsibilities:
Code Review and Quality Assurance: Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and adherence to coding standards
Collaboration: Work closely with onshore teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for code, processes, and system architecture
