Key Responsibilities:
Handle BOQ, estimation, commercial costing, and tendering for interior projects.
Prepare quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and cost sheets.:
Coordinate with vendors for quotations and pricing.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender documents.
Requirements:
Experience in commercial interior projects mandatory.:
Solid knowledge of BOQ, costing, and tendering.:
Valuable command of Excel and AutoCAD.
