Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end HR and recruitment activities, ensure timely hiring, support employee engagement, and coordinate with business teams to meet organizational HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle manpower planning and hiring requirements with business teams.
Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and dashboards.
Monitor TAT, hiring status, source effectiveness and closure rates.
Manage recruitment consultants and external vendors.
Support employee engagement,



HR initiatives and employer branding.
Ensure proper HR documentation and process compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve HR and recruitment processes.
Guide and support junior HR/TA team members.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in bulk and multiple-position hiring.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, Naukri, LinkedIn and HRMS/ATS.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven setting.
