Telecaller - NGO Fundraising

The Healer Foundation is an NGO that helps tribal communities with health and education. We are looking for polite and friendly women to join our team.This is a pure fundraising job. Your main work is to call people and ask for financial donations to support our tribal welfare projects. This role is highly suitable for married women because it offers a peaceful work setting with no high-pressure sales targets.Key Responsibilities
Call individuals and ask for financial donations to support tribal families.
Explain the NGO's social work clearly to convince people to donate.
Call existing donors to thank them and ask for regular monthly contributions.
Keep a straightforward list of donor names, phone numbers, and donation amounts in MS Excel.

Required Skills:
Polite, respectful,



and convincing speaking skills in Tamil.
Passion for social work and helping poor communities.
Basic computer skills to enter donor details.
No experience is required. Homemakers and freshers are welcome to apply.

Work Perks
Fixed Day Shift: Standard working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. No night shifts.
