Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Fine Arts, Drawing, Painting, Sketching, and Applied Arts:
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and project-based activities aligned with curriculum requirements
Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and artistic exploration among students
Guide students in portfolio development, exhibitions, competitions, and cultural events
Organize workshops, art displays,



and annual exhibitions
Assess student performance through practical work, projects, and evaluations
Maintain studio / classroom resources and ensure proper use of materials
Collaborate with faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and institutional events
Mentor students for higher studies, competitions, and career opportunities in arts and design

Eligibility & Qualifications
Master’s degree / Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Applied Arts, or relevant discipline:
B.Ed / NET / relevant teaching qualification preferred
Prior teaching experience in school / college / university setting will be an added advantage
Solid practical skills in painting, sketching, and creative arts
Excellent communication and mentoring skills
