Job Title: Customer Relationship Service (CRS) Executive - Immediate Hiring
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Coordinate with the sales and field team when required.
Maintain customer records and daily reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
Hindi communication is required; basic English preferred.
