Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet learning objectives and accommodate diverse learning styles.
Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom setting.
Assess and monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students' development, progress, and behavior.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about students’ academic and social progress.
Manage classroom behavior in line with the school’s discipline policies.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, career development, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional practices and student learning outcomes.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed or equivalent).




Valid teaching certification or license (if applicable in your region).
Proven experience as a primary teacher or in a similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.

Preferred Qualities:
Experience with [insert specific curriculum, e.g., British Curriculum, IB PYP, CBSE, etc.].
Ability to differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
Commitment to continuous career development.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
