Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics/Warehouse Operations.
Positive knowledge of inward, outward, dispatch, and stock management.
Solid MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
Basic knowledge of WMS/TMS or ERP systems.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process inward and outward transactions through the system.
Prepare invoices, Stock Transfer Notes (STN), and Sales Orders.
Maintain stock records and process stock transfers and sales returns.
Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports.
Follow up for PODs and maintain proper documentation.
Use WMS/TMS systems for daily operations.
Support audits and ensure SOP compliance.
Report operational issues and product complaints to the concerned team.
