Job Description:Grade 2 Mother Teacher

Grade 2 mother teacher manages the holistic academic, emotional, and social development of young learners while serving as their primary caregiver and instructor in the classroom.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Pastoral Care: Support the emotional, social, and behavioral well-being of every student.
Classroom Management: Maintain a warm, inclusive, and disciplined classroom atmosphere where children feel secure.
Progress Tracking: Assess student growth, record developmental milestones, and identify learning gaps.
Parent Communication: Build positive relationships with parents, provide regular updates on child progress, and address behavioral or academic concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Graduation in any stream with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), D.El.Ed, D.Ed., or Teacher Training Course (TTC).
Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience teaching early primary grades (Grade 1 or 2).
Skills:



Excellent verbal communication in English, high patience, empathy, and solid organizational skills.
