About the Role

What You Will Be Doing
Monitor critical systems and proactively address operational risks
Analyze logs, system behavior, and transaction flows to identify root causes
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and client-facing teams to deliver solutions
Implement fixes, enhancements, and configuration changes following established processes
Ensure adherence to service level agreements and operational standards
Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
Participate in incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement efforts





Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line tools
Experience working with SQL and relational databases
Understanding of software development lifecycle and production support processes
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis
Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in payments, transaction processing, switching, or banking systems
Knowledge of financial services, payment lifecycle, or card transaction processing
Exposure to production support in high-availability settings
Familiarity with shell scripting and automation techniques
Understanding of networking concepts and distributed systems
Experience with incident, problem, and change managemen
