Position: Barista / All-Round Retail Store Staff

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile team members to join our upcoming book, stationery, and coffee shop. This is a energetic role that blends hospitality and retail, perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, crafting excellent coffee, and managing sales in a creative, youth-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Coffee & Beverages:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks (cappuccino, latte, cortado, black coffee, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment
Retail & Sales:
Handle billing, POS operations, and cash/card transactions
Manage stock display along with other members of the team
Customer Experience:
Provide friendly, attentive service to all visitors
Ensure the store is welcoming, tidy, and creatively arranged
Support events, promotions,



and interactive store activities

Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or café/barista roles preferred (freshers with passion for books/coffee welcome)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask across café and retail operations
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and willingness to learn
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
