Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and assist in closing sales.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
Experience in Laptop Sales / IT Hardware Sales / Inside Sales is preferred.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of laptops and computer hardware.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
