Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.:
Maintain sales, purchase, and customer ledgers in Tally ERP.:
Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in CRM and Excel sheets.
Support management with MIS reports and data analysis.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
