Position: MIS Executive
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Experience:Minimum 2 years (mandatory):
Industry Preference: CFS / Logistics (mandatory)
Languages: English, Hindi & Gujarati
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain large volumes of operational/site data with high accuracy.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
Create energetic dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Ensure data validation, integrity, and consistency across reports.
Automate repetitive reports and workflows using Excel Macros and AI/Process Automation tools.
Coordinate with operations and site teams for timely data collection and reporting.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
Required Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas; Macros preferred)
Dashboard Creation & MIS Reporting
Bulk Data Management
Data Validation & Analysis
AI / Process Automation Tools
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in the CFS / Logistics industry (mandatory)
Mandatory Requirements
