Required Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment process.
Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
Positive knowledge of US work authorizations, including US Citizens, Green Card Holders, H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as JobDiva, Bullhorn, Ceipal, or similar.
Robust sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Boolean Search techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
