We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our growing team and support procurement activities for both our Head Office and manufacturing operations.

Role Summary

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for procurement activities for both the Indore Head Office and the Ratlam manufacturing plant. The role involves sourcing and purchasing raw materials, engineering items, consumables, spare parts, packaging materials, office supplies,



and services required for smooth business operations while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Purchasing
Handle end-to-end procurement activities from requirement collection to purchase order issuance.
Procure raw materials, BOPP and PP-related materials, masterbatch, additives, packaging materials, engineering spares, maintenance items, consumables, office supplies, and services as required.
Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate with vendors for the best commercial terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely order placement.

Vendor Management
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Identify and onboard recent vendors when required.
Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service standards.
Maintain vendor records and documentation.
