This role focuses on identifying current business avenues, nurturing high-value international client relationships, and ensuring superior customer experience. You will support strategic growth initiatives by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward suitable solutions.

Client Outreach
Conduct qualified outbound calls to international prospects to initiate conversations, understand needs, and create meaningful business interactions.

Structured Communication
Follow standard communication guides to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance during client conversations.

Skills and Abilities
Excellent English communication skills (Prior Experience in internation Outbound calling is preferred)
Strong ability to build rapport and collaborate with teams and clients across multiple countries.
Effective time-management skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or client-tracking tools.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
