We are looking for a highly creative, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening the Aouraa Production brand, driving qualified leads for our event services, and showcasing our successful projects across platforms.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing strategy aligned with business development and revenue goals
Drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand awareness across digital and offline channels
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to maximize ROI
Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and conversion metrics to improve results
Market Research & Insights
Research local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
Identify new growth opportunities and recommend creative marketing initiatives
Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting
Brand Management & Communications
Ensure all marketing communications maintain a consistent, premium, and on-brand voice
Oversee content creation for digital platforms, presentations, and promotional materials
Manage Public Relations (PR) activities including drafting press releases for major events
Coordinate media outreach and secure coverage for high-profile projects and events
Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee social media, website content, and online campaigns
