Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and other lead generation tools.
Research target companies and decision-makers across global markets.
Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
Coordinate with the Business Development and Recruitment teams to ensure smooth lead handover.
Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM.
Achieve monthly lead generation and campaign performance targets.
Required Experience
Experience generating leads for Global Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO services is mandatory.
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation tools.
Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
