NIPS Institute of Hotel Management, Ranchi is seeking an English Teacher / Communication Faculty to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a seasoned English Communication Trainer who can transform students into confident communicators. This role is not for a traditional grammar teacher. We seek an educator who understands spoken English, communication skills, personality development, presentation skills, pronunciation, and workplace communication.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classes in Spoken English and English Communication.
Develop students' public speaking, presentation, interview, and group discussion skills.
Conduct interactive classroom activities, role plays, debates, presentations, and communication exercises.
Assess students regularly and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Design lesson plans and learning activities based on students' proficiency levels.




Motivate students to overcome hesitation and develop confidence in communicating in English.
Collaborate with faculty members to enhance students' overall personality and employability.
Master's Degree in English or a relevant qualification in English Language Teaching, Communication, or Linguistics.
Minimum 5 years of teaching or training experience.
Excellent command of spoken and written English with a neutral, transparent pronunciation.
Solid classroom management and student engagement skills.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
