Provide onsite support for HP laptops, desktops, and printers.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Perform hardware replacement and system installation.
Handle customer service requests within SLA.
Update service reports and maintain documentation.
Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Positive knowledge of HP hardware, Windows OS, and troubleshooting.
Positive communication and customer handling skills.
