About the Role
We're looking for a passionate UX/UI Designer who loves solving real user problems through intuitive, user-centric design. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to create seamless experiences across our products.
Responsibilities
Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Create prototypes and validate ideas through usability testing.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Maintain and improve design systems for consistency.
Balance user needs with business goals to deliver impactful experiences.
Requirements:
6 months to 2 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web products.
Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced startup setting.
Good to Have
Familiarity with user research and usability testing.
Basic understanding of frontend implementation.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
