Core Responsibilities
Installation: Set up recent machines and test them to ensure they run correctly.
Repair: Find the root cause of a breakdown and fix or replace broken parts.
Maintenance: Perform regular checks to prevent unexpected machine failures.
Customer Training: Teach users how to operate equipment safely and effectively.
Reporting: Write explicit service logs and report recurring issues to managers.
Key Skills
Troubleshooting: The ability to find and solve technical problems quickly.
Communication: Explaining complex technical issues in straightforward terms for clients.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently to different job sites.
Time Management: Handling emergency repair calls while keeping to a schedule.
