A. Project Planning & Execution
Review and interpret project datasheets, technical specifications, and client requirements.
Prepare and review Mechanical GADs, P&IDs;, and layout drawings.
Develop project schedules and monitor execution as per defined timelines.
Ensure all project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
B. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal teams (design, instrumentation, piping, production).
Act as a point of contact between client, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Conduct regular meetings to track project progress and resolve issues.
C. Procurement & Vendor Management
Support procurement activities including technical evaluation of vendors.
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance of supplied items with project specifications.

Quality & Compliance
Ensure all engineering activities comply with applicable standards and specifications.
Monitor quality during manufacturing, assembly, and testing stages.
Participate in inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and documentation.
E. Risk & Cost Management
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project costs and support cost control initiatives.
F. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project progress using IT tools and systems.
Provide regular status reports to management and clients.
