Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
Process sales, payments, returns, or service requests accurately.
Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
Provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Ensure the workplace is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service and operational goals.
Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when necessary.
