About Kaaikani

Kaaikani is a growing e-commerce platform focused on making fresh fruits and vegetables easily accessible to customers through technology-driven ordering and doorstep delivery. We are expanding our business operations and looking for an energetic Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team in Coimbatore.

Eligibility
Any Graduate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact confidently with customers and businesses
Willingness to travel within the assigned area
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers, businesses, and partners.
Generate new business leads through field visits and direct interactions.
Promote Kaaikani products and services.
Explain Kaaikani's business offerings and benefits to prospective customers.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.




Follow up with leads and convert potential prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
Conduct regular field visits and market research.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and daily field activities.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Perform other business development activities assigned by the management.

Salary & Perks

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives
Petrol Allowance: Provided as per company policy

Good Tamil communication skills; basic English communication is an advantage.
