Lead the forefront of creative solutions analysis in a dynamic tech setting, driving success through expertise in data analytics and technical program delivery.

Job responsibilities
Lead the elicitation, requirement analysis documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibility
Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work workplace to accelerate requirements synthesis and solution optioning, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projects
Adopts AI and building AI agents to model the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure
Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets,



driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiatives
Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for analysis and documentation across the team, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
Mentor and guide team members in technical writing and analytical reasoning, fostering continuous learning and reuse-first practices for analysis and documentation
Must demonstrate the leadership skills to lead the large scale programs

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field
Advanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insights
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong
