Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Purchase Operations:
Execute purchase activities for automobile/EV components, raw materials, and consumables as per production requirements.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company procurement policies.
Manage RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes and compare vendor quotations.
Negotiate with vendors to achieve competitive pricing, quality compliance, and timely delivery.

Vendor Coordination & Management:
Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Coordinate with vendors for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Assist in vendor identification, evaluation, and development.
Monitor vendor performance regarding quality, cost, and delivery timelines.

Supply Chain & Inventory Support:
Coordinate with production, stores, and planning teams to ensure material availability.
Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder requirements to prevent stock shortages.




Support inventory optimisation to reduce excess stock and procurement delays.

Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and vendor data.
Ensure compliance with OEM procurement standards and internal policies.
Coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and payment follow-ups.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of automobile/EV components and manufacturing procurement
Solid vendor negotiation and coordination skills
Understanding of RFQ, purchase orders, and procurement processes
Experience working with ERP systems for procurement
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
Robust analytical, communication, and organisational skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
