We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Site Engineer to manage multiple project sites, coordinate installations, and ensure timely execution of wood-related projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

Objectives of the Role
Manage and supervise wooden flooring, wood cladding, deck flooring, staircase, and related installation projects from start to completion.
Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and installation teams.
Conduct regular site visits and provide technical support throughout project execution.
Monitor multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
Prepare site reports and communicate project progress to management.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site Management
Conduct daily site visits across Bengaluru and travel to outstation project locations whenever required.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings,



site conditions, and project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, contractors, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules and manpower deployment to achieve project timelines.

Technical & Drawing Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural, interior, and construction drawings accurately.
Prepare site measurements and quantity assessments.
Create and modify shop drawings, installation drawings, and detailed execution drawings when required.
Conduct site marking and layout setting-out activities before installation.
Resolve site-level technical challenges and propose practical solutions.

Quality Control & Documentation
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Inspect materials received at site and verify compliance with approved specifications.
