Key Responsibilities
Design & CAD Coordination: Create manual jewelry sketches; liaise with CAD designers/goldsmiths to translate concepts into accurate CAD renders, obtain internal/customer approvals, and inspect/approve polished castings.
Stone Sorting & Bagging:Sieve diamond/gemstone packets to extract exact millimeter (MM) sizes required for each piece; manage post-production stone returns, re-weighing, and inventory updates.
Quality Control (QC):Inspect final delivered pieces from goldsmiths for overall setting, polish quality, structural integrity, and fidelity to the original design.
Goldsmith Reconciliation & Manual Entry: Complete physical goldsmith worksheets with accurate metrics (Gross Weight, Net Gold Weight, Diamond/Stone Weight, and Labor charges).
Required Skills & Qualifications_
Proficiency in manual jewelry sketching and hands-on experience in diamond/stonesorting (MM sieving).
Deep understanding of fine jewelry manufacturing processes (casting, stone setting,polishing, and QC parameters).
Robust communication skills for daily coordination with artisans (karigars), sales teams,and clients.
High accuracy in physical inventory tracking and manual math/worksheet entry.Preferred (Bonus): Basic CAD/CAM knowledge (Matrix, Rhino, or Computer-AidedManufacturing workflow).
Pay: ₹11,842.66 - ₹32,902.73 per month
