Key Responsibilities
The faculty needs to incorporate hands-on manipulatives, visual aids, movement, and storytelling to keep concepts concrete
The faculty must establish predictable structures so students feel secure, organized, and focused.
The faculty should be able read the energy of the room, pivot quickly when a concept isn't clicking, and use spontaneous teachable moments.
The faculty should remain calm through repetitive questions, behavioral outbursts, and varying learning paces without reacting emotionally.
A faculty should be able to create the enthusiasm in the class which can directly drive student engagement and builds a positive attitude toward student/school.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduates with M,Com / B.Com/ Bsc (Math only ) with teaching experience,
ECCE certification can be an advantage
