Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Generate current business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, networking, references, and online platforms.
Identify potential clients in Corporate Offices, IT Companies, Manufacturing Industries, Hospitals, Educational Institutions, Commercial Buildings, and Residential Communities.




Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their facility management requirements.
Promote Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, including:
Housekeeping Services
Security Services
Technical Maintenance (MEP)
Pest Control
Pantry Services
Landscaping
Payroll & Staffing Solutions
Prepare and present company profiles, proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with recent and existing clients.
Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating with the operations team.
Conduct regular follow-ups and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely communication.

Market Research
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Identify new business prospects across various industries.
