About the Role
The Employee Screening Specialist is the first point of contact for customers, providing
answers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience. You will handle customer
approach while upholding the company’s values.



This role will require problem resolutions
skills, an understanding demeanor, and robust communication skills.
What You Will Do
Provide accurate information about our products, services, and statuses.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist with basic order entry and log in issues.
Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
Understand an overview of the various functions within the department.
Keep abreast of changes in the industry, internal policies, and procedures.
Uphold company standards for customer service and maintain a positive brand image.
Maintain FCRA Basic Certification.
What You Will Need
Graduation or equivalent qualification
1 to 2 years in customer service, call center, or related field, with preference on
international calling experience
