Primary Responsibilities:
Establish, coordinate, and execute PMO activities, including portfolio tracking, milestone monitoring, risk and issue management, and governance compliance
Collaborate with global, cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to define project requirements, plan resources, and drive execution
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, templates, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership




Partner with cloud architects and technical leads to plan and execute seamless migration paths to public or hybrid cloud environments
Coordinate PLM upgrade projects, managing testing cycles, deployment tasks, and post-production validation to minimize operational disruption
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, developing proactive contingency plans to keep initiatives on track
Drive continuous improvement by establishing standard PMO processes, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior project management staff
Delivery Management: Ensuring timely delivery and management of upgrades of various PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) projects/products like Oracle, Java, BI Tools, WAS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc
Team & Resource Management: Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Resource Pyramid Management, Travels, Trainings, Team motivation, and strong team co
