Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for parlour owners, beauticians and beauty advisors.
Train salon/parlour professionals on Nidhii Skincare products.
Conduct practical product demonstrations.
Develop easy training modules and demonstration materials.
Conduct live demonstrations at parlours and training events.
Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide feedback.
Maintain records of training sessions and participants.
Support the sales team during product demonstrations and professional onboarding.
Identify common customer/beautician questions and provide solutions.
Travel to different salons/parlours for training programs when required.

Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of skincare and haircare treatments.:
Excellent presentation and training skills.
Ability to demonstrate products confidently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
Patient, energetic and approachable personality.
Field travel flexibility.
Beauty/skin/hair certification or qualified salon experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
