Sales Executive - Premium & Luxury Segment

Experience

3+ years of relevant sales experience

Experience in premium interiors, luxury products, building materials, furniture, sanitaryware, surfaces, tiles, stones, real estate or related industries will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and professionally engage showroom visitors and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements, design preferences, project needs and budgets.
Present and recommend suitable premium products based on customer requirements.
Generate and follow up on sales enquiries.
Build solid relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
Follow up with clients from enquiry to order confirmation.
Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and project teams.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the relevant internal departments.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update enquiry and sales records.
Develop long-term relationships with premium clients and professional networks.
