Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer / Quality Manager

Location: Pune, Andhra Pradesh, Nashik
Experience : 5 years+
Availability: Immediate Joiner
Reporting To: General Manager (GM) / Project Manager (PM)

Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all quality activities at the site, including inspections, material testing, and compliance checks.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports for submission to GM/PM.
Ensure strict adherence to IOCL/CPWD quality standards and project specifications.
Manage repair checks, corrective actions, root-cause analysis, and preventive measures.
Coordinate with site execution teams to maintain high-quality standards.
Handle QA/QC documentation: MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, test reports, checklists, and audit records.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness.
Work on CPWD standard building construction works and refinery/industrial-type projects independently.

Required Qualifications:




B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred)
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification (mandatory)
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC
Hands-on experience in Government building construction projects:
Solid understanding of quality standards, testing norms, and documentation practices
Should be able to join immediately:
Robust leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to manage site quality independently with mínimal supervision
High technical competency in construction quality management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per month
