Role Description The Collections Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Balrampur. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end collections process, including monitoring repayment performance, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring adherence to collection policies and regulatory guidelines. The role involves managing a collections team, setting targets, reviewing daily reports, and implementing strategies to improve recovery rates while maintaining respectful and compliant customer interactions.

The Collections





Manager will coordinate with credit, operations, and customer service teams to resolve issues, support restructuring or settlement plans where appropriate, and continuously optimize collection workflows.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in collections management, portfolio monitoring, and recovery planning.
- Proficiency in customer communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Experience leading teams, setting targets, and coaching staff for performance improvement.
- Solid understanding of NBFC operations, lending practices, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in collections control within micro, small business, or retail lending is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Balrampur .
