AI Engineer- Forward Deployed Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI Engineer / AI Consultant who will work directly with clients to understand their business problems, design AI/automation solutions, and manage delivery end-to-end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused more on problem-solving, solution design, and ownership than on pure coding.

Technical Skills Required – Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) - Florida

- Solid hands-on experience in Python, SQL, APIs, webhooks and third-party system integrations.
- Experience building applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLMs.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs and function/tool calling.
- Experience building agentic workflows and multi-step AI agents, not just chatbot applications.




- Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector search and context management.
- Ability to design guardrails, validation, human-in-the-loop workflows and hallucination reduction mechanisms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with databases, enterprise systems, ERPs, CRMs and operational applications.
- Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP, Docker, Git, CI/CD and production deployment of AI applications.
- Ability to take an ambiguous client problem from requirements → prototype → development → integration → production deployment, while balancing accuracy, scalability, security and cost.
